Over the last 8 months, Marpal have been carrying out Fire Risk Assessments and developing Fire Evacuation Strategies for the Orchard Care Home Group (they have now completed surveys for approximately 50 of our Homes).  We have received an excellent service, which has proved to be great value for money.  We find Marpal to be proactive, reliable and deliver a high standard of service, whilst enabling a flexibility to adjust strategies.  Marpal’s Fire Risk Assessors are extremely knowledgeable and provide good cost effective solutions to any non conformities. Marpal provide Embrace Group (Now Sanctuary Care) with focused health and safety support in the areas of Construction Design Management (CDM), Asbestos Management and Fire Safety. During 2014/2015 Marpal commenced carrying out fire risk assessments and assisting the group in the preparation of fire evacuation strategies for our portfolio of some 130 properties and are currently carrying out annual reviews for the 2016 period.
