Marpal are looking to recruit a suitable CDM Consultant/Health and Safety Advisor to work from our Derby Office. This position provides an opportunity to work on different exciting construction projects within a variety of industry sectors.
The ideal candidate will be required to deliver CDM Consultancy Services to assist CDM Duty Holders in complying with their duties under the CDM Regulations. Such duties will include preparing and developing Pre-Construction Information, CDM Risk Registers, Construction Phase Plans, Health & Safety Files, Building Manuals, undertaking Site Safety Inspections as well as providing general construction health and safety advice etc.
Marpal also operate a Health & Safety Competent Person Scheme designed to assist small to medium sized Contractors in complying with their health and safety obligations by providing health and safety assistance and advice; the successful applicant will be expected to help and assist in delivering this service.
